As the premier heat treating company within the southwestern United States, we offer the highest quality treatment available for all of our customers' metal treating needs. Texas Heat Treating is located just north of Austin off Interstate 35 in Round Rock, Texas. This well established facility has been at this location since 1977.

Our specialty is high quality heat treating, including hardening and carburizing to 14 feet vertical in a protective atmosphere with the ability to quench in oil, polymer, and water. We also have the ability to do vacuum and vacuum to oil heat treating, as well as induction heat treating with the capability to scan to 7 feet. Another unique specialty of Texas Heat Treating is performing two types of nitriding, gas and ferritic nitrocarburizing.

In addition to processing, we also offer services from our on site quality assurance metallurgical laboratory, open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to insure that the customer's requirements are met. Our customers include manufacturers of automotive products, agricultural equipment, oil and drilling tools, military hardware, and other high tech products.
